Hi there, my name is Emily Williams ( aka Emz, aka Sheggins )
I live in South Wales, my local break is Llantwit Major.
I’ve been Welsh National Champion 6 times, ( 3 times under 18 Girls and 3 times Woman’s champ ).
Keen competition surfer but really just love going surfing with my friends, especially when we are on the goose chasing waves!
I’ve also competed at regional level in cross country running and athletics but have to concentrate on A levels for the next year..
Qualified beach lifeguard and level one ISA surf coach. I help out with coaching groms at local clubs and have coached at Surf School Lanzarote during the summer holidays.
Fluent Welsh speaker, sung in choirs, performed at Eistedfford and love RUGBY!!
